How are you all? I hope you are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, I am also well and healthy with your prayers.

This morning's record for most walks I walk all the time in my life to keep my body healthy and advise others to eat regularly if you want to keep your body healthy and keep walking until your body sweats so that your body's unusable fads are easily destroyed. Will or will enable your body to tighten.

We don't want to work harder, so we have more diseases in our body. In today's society the food we eat is made with a lot of formalin and is very harmful for a body so we will always have formalin free food to keep the body healthy and walk a little more. Exercise is very beneficial for body building.
