Afternoon walks and exercise are essential for good health

Good afternoon,
how are you all I hope you are well and healthy. Alhamdulillah, by the infinite blessings of Allah Subhana Taala, I am well and healthy. Today I came to you with another new block. I hope you will like it. Today I walked 4.25 km.
Just as the human body needs food for energy, it is possible to maintain its energy through physical exercise. There is a saying in our environment that make yourself healthy, advise your family to be healthy.
So we will make our family healthy by accustoming the small children from childhood to walk or run with them so that they will get used to this environment. People are slaves of habits which you get used to from childhood, that child will get used to the same habits when he grows up.
Due to neglect of exercise, we suffer from many diseases such as high pressure, high blood pressure and diabetes, so we will maintain time and exercise regularly.
