A two-day walker is the key to speed fitness exercise

Hello exercise lover friends,
good morning,
How are you all hope you are well and healthy Alhamdulillah I am also well and healthy. Today English 6th August 2022 Every Saturday I will share with you my exercise and walking efficiency hope you will join.
Today I am walking 8 km which is my highest walking record of the week, walking 8 km for two hours.
InshaAllah I will increase my walking speed more for the health of my body.
The energy and storage capacity of the body is decreasing day by day due to our own laziness we are not comfortable to walk anymore like the previous era but we have forgotten that the benefits of the body increase.
Walking regularly can get rid of many diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high pressure etc.
