Spent most of the day cleaning the house. When the chores were done, I picked some mulberries outside.

I'd like to share that I've been experiencing restful sleep during the challenge, and I feel refreshed and invigorated.

I am also glad to have made more than 10,000 steps today. Looking for more milestones in the following weeks.
