Y llegaron las pruebas de velocidades, como saben no son mis favoritas, son la parte del runnig, que si que no me relaja nada de nadita, pero son parte importante para seguir avanzando de un runner, y no estancarse, y en este tipo de actividad en la que estoy participando competencias oficiales de atletismo, las pruebas de velocidades son parte de los protocolos a cumplir.

Las pruebas de velocidad estuvieron divididas en dos dias, el primer dia fueron las de 100 mts y 400 mts, y el segundo dia una de 1500 mts. Iniciamos nuestras pruebas de velocidad con una calentamiento, y algunos estiramientos, nos dividieron en dos grupos de acuerdo a las edades. Para estas pruebas de velocidades, utilizamos unas herramientas que por lo menos yo y casi todas las corredoras nunca antes habiamos vistos, unos tacos, claro nosotras no somos profesionales del atletismo, nos instruyeron del uso de esta herramienta, y si que se siente que le dan un empujonsito a uno.

Despues de unos minutos que nos familiarizaramos con los tacos, llamaron al primer grupo para las pruebas, yo estaba en el segundo, y waoo si que me quede loca de como son explosivas estas pruebas, y como hay que tener una gran potencia para darle bien duro a las piernitas. Llegue de tercera en mi categoria, y bien agitada, claro tambien aun no me recupero 100 % de la descompensacion que tenia de la carrera de 10K. Despues de hacer la prieba de 100 mts, hicimos la de 400mts, unas pruebas que de verdad son totalmente diferente cuando estamos en entrenamiento el nivel de exigencia es grande. Bueno y la prueba mas fuerte es la de 1500 mts, una prueba que si que nos mide como estamos preparado, por aque aqui se pone todo al limite.

A traves de este tipo de participaciones, si que nos ponemos a pruebas ya que nos medimos con persona de alto nivel, que nos hacen exigirnos y ver si respondemos, es un gran momento para evaluarnos, y saber donde debemos enfocar mas nuestros entrenamientos para seguir avanzando. Si que ha sido una experiencia de alto nivel, algo muy profesional, lo que me ha llevado un estilo de vida, una pasion, que les confieso nunca per nunca esperaba vivirla.
