In view of the health activity that we will be supporting as runners in my town, on Sunday, today a group of runners agreed to do the route of the route that is 10 k, you know as one dominates and knows the route, has more confidence, and well we take it as a different training, and super because the starting point of this route is very close to my house, so there are no excuses for not going out to do what we like so much to run and run.

We met at 5:30 pm to make the route, when we were all together, we coordinated the route, and happy because we were accompanied by runners of a great experience. We started the route from the car park of the hospital, the place where the race for renal health will start on Sunday. I tell you that I was super excited to go through the centre of my city, I had never done it before, because there are many cars, and well it is not the same to go along the beach, that the streets of the city, but it was a wonderful experience, and of course I could not help but go with an outfit according to this route within my city, thus making voltear looks for my nice oufit my shirt CAF 2025 marathon, and my HIVERUN vicera.

We started at a controlled pace and then we accelerated the pace, thank God the weather was very nice, and we felt great, because as we were in a group everyone in the city centre was watching us. The idea of this training was to do a reconnaissance of the route, some colleagues completed it, I only did 8.6 km. I felt good thanks to God, and super happy to do what I love so much running and running, and more in a group of friends. We are very enthusiastic to support this race because this way we encourage other people, and show them with our own testimonies that it is possible.

En la ruta de regreso ya no era por el centro del pueblo, se va a bordear por la costa, asi que mi hermosos y amado mar me acompaño en los ultimos kilometros, y si que me soprprendio con un hermosos atardecer, de eso de pintura. Agradecida por tantas bendiciones recibidas, por esta pasion del running, los amigos, las emociones, los hermosos paisajes, estar al lado de mi esposo @chacin25 disfrutando juntos.
