Temperaturas elevadas en mi largo del fin de semana!!!

Saturday, a day with the sun shining early in the morning. Saturday is my ideal day to do the long run training of the week, because I have the rest of the weekend to rest at home, and share with my family, you know we must manage our time to have quality moments. As we are preparing to participate in the qualifiers for the national games of the company, I agreed with my co-worker and her husband to do the long run together today, this way we strengthen our minds as a team working for the same goal, to represent our area in this qualifier.
We left home at approximately 10 minutes to six in the morning, and seeing the sky, we could already have a prediction of our day, accompanied by high temperature, these days is dawning earlier, which is reflected in quite sunny days, and the times of pleasant temperatures, have passed, so we must be aware of our hydration, and protection from the constant incidence of sunlight on our skin. For today we plan to do a 15 km long jog at a comfortable pace to get the benefits of this type of training, which is my favourite of all.
The route chosen for today is a very good route for training when we have competitions nearby, and the sun also gave us the adverse conditions to measure our endurance, this route is full of a lot of steep hills, and good long recovery areas. My pace remained constant at my average for long routes with the average pace being 7 min/km. With a constant pace I maintained my training on this day. I did have more physical wear and tear due to the high temperatures, and I felt it because the anxiety for hydration is accelerated. And when I arrived home, well I want to drink all the water in my fridge, and the recovery is slower, so I must take measures for long jogging days with these current temperatures, also doing a check the day before I didn't hydrate well, which also affected my condition.
Un maravilloso dia de entrenamiento en equipo tuve en mi largo de la semana. Y a hidratarse y protegerse mucho durante nuestros entrenamientos en estos dias, ya que las temperaturas esta bien elevadas.
