Mi entrenamiento del día lunes fue de velocidades, aprovechando el descanso del día Domingo, nos activamos primero con el entrenamiento que menos nos gusta las velocidades. Pero bueno al mal tiempo buena cara, debemos llenarnos de valor y enfrentar lo mas difícil primero, para así avanzar mas rápido, y quitarnos peso, ya que sino esas cargas se hacen aun mas pesadas de esa pensadera, excusas y peros que le colocamos, pensando en ese momento, actividad que no nos gusta.
My training on Monday was speed training, taking advantage of the rest on Sunday, we activated first with the training that we like the least, speed training. But good to the bad weather good face, we must fill us with courage and face the most difficult first, in order to advance faster, and remove weight, because if not those loads become even heavier of that pensadera, excuses and buts that we put, thinking at the time, activity that we do not like.

The stadium where we like to do the speeds, is very close to my house, and usually there are many baseball and football schools practicing there, we always go after 5:30 pm which is when the baseball and football schools start to finish their practices, because I tell you they don't like it when they see runners running around the stadium while they are there, but we still go there, of course being careful not to get hit by a ball.
But on this day I had the great blessing that as there was rainy weather, and it had fallen a drizzle I guess they suspended the baseball and football classes, because when I entered the stadium I was alone, there was no one, what happiness for us there was only the stadium, I felt free, to enjoy the strongest practice for me. And it was different this time, I don't know if it was because I'm doing speeds more often, with more technique, planning, I even felt great doing speeds, I feel that speeds are already my friends.
Hicimos un calentamiento de 1 km pata iniciar nuestra practica. La planificación era hacer 10 x600, ´pero solo hicimos 8, ya que comenzó a lloviznar, pero gracias a Dios pudimos hacer gran parte del entrenamiento. Me senti mas cómoda con las velocidades, no senti ese rechazo de mi cuerpo a mas velocidad, y los pensamientos de no seguir dando mas, estaban mas controlados. De verdad hay que llenarse de valentía para hacer velocidades, y hacerla parte de nuestra rutina de entrenamiento, y asi disciplinadamente debemos cumplir con esta practica.
We did a 1 km warm up to start our practice. The plan was to do 10 x600, but we only did 8 as it started to drizzle, but thankfully we were able to do most of the workout. I felt more comfortable with the speeds, I didn't feel that rejection of my body to go faster, and the thoughts of not giving more, were more controlled. We really have to be brave enough to do speeds, and make it part of our training routine, and in this way we must be disciplined in this practice.
