Dia 1. Eliminatorias.Nuevas experiencias, emociones, y mucho pero mucho aprendizaje!!!!

Saludos amigos
Greetings friends
And here we are my dear friends! Living a wonderful experience, I look at myself and I can't believe it, that something that started as a lifestyle, in the blink of an eye I'm on an athletics track in an official competition, just like the ones I see on television, and participating in a high level competition, with judges and everything. And here we start with a day of several participations, growing in this world of running, the first participation due to a 10 K race.
The appointment was at the athletics track in the city of Maturin, we arrived early and did a warm-up, while all the participants arrived, and we were assigned numbers, it was really exciting to be lined up on the starting line with the other competitors, listen to the rules, It was really exciting to be lined up at the starting line with the other competitors, listen to the rules, where one caused me a big problem, because I could not use the phone or headphones in this type of competition, and I do not have a rejoj smart which is what is allowed to control the speeds, which caused me a great disorientation, because I could not get to control the speeds in my rhythm.
The first participation consisted of a 10K race in the athletics track 25 laps, I kept a good pace for 24 laps, I was third overall and first in my category, and ahead with a lap and a half, but unfortunately to reach the 24th lap, and my colleagues who watched my participation saw me exhausted, and suddenly I felt that I fainted, such as a blow, a stroke, a collapse style, with high dehydration, which caused me disorientation, immediately I was given first aid, and I recovered satisfactorily, I remained still for a while, until I got to stabilize completely. I can not deny that I felt a lot of nerves, for everything I felt, in my body an incredible desire to vomit that did not stop, the skin hardened, symptoms of dehydration, thanks to the support of other runners who have gone through the same thing gave me confidence, they told me calm do not get nervous, that happens, wait a while until you stabilize..
My approximate running pace was around 5:20 min/km, a pace that I still can't control for a 10K race, which caused me to collapse. I confess that I felt very bad with myself for exposing my life to these limits, of a passion that is for me a lifestyle, I should not go beyond what I master, if I want to lower times I must do it progressively, and not improvising or strengthening myself to achieve it, it has been really a great experience this altercation that happened to me, with no consequences to regret. and I see we continue participating in the series of tests of these qualifiers.
Hasta la próxima amigos.
See you next time friends.
