Saludos amigos!!! Que tal sus dias???. Les cuento que hoy mi entrenamiento acostumbrado de todas las tardes estuvo algo gris. Y como es eso diran ustedes ??? bueno porque los colores que hoy me acompañaron no fueron los mismos de siempre, se habian perdido el azul del cielo, el brillo del mar, y los rayos radiantes del sol que habitualmente me acompañan. Y es que ha cambiado el clima bruscamente estos ultimos dias, han sido dias de lluvias, luego de unos lindos dias de sol. El ambiente es parte importante de nuestros momentos , asi que extrañe mucho entrenar bajo mis colores radiantes, se tornaba todo algo triste , asi como apagado.
Pero bueno, a pesar de que los colores no estuvieron a mi favor, yo disfrute de mi entrenamiento con este clima no favorable, bueno lo importante es la actitud que tomemos haciendo de estos dias gris muy llevaderos, adaptandonos a ellos, sin perder nuestra plenitud.
