My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2022
This is my daily activities which I do and since I can't go to the gym die to the distance, I decided to have some home workout and then I did some push up which I did 5 rounds of 25 push up which made it 125 rounds then I did some hand workout to make my bicep and tricep get more shape
This lasted for some hours and I always do this every morning so after this I went out to get some fuel in the generator so I did some working but it's not that far from my home and I decided to use actifit today and also this is my first time of using it.
I will use more of the application now since I already see how it goes. So this is the result of my todays workout and walking
