Mi Reporte De Actifict Del Día De Hoy 23/01/2024
La caminata de hoy fue bastante extensa y grata, me gusta caminar porque me sirve para ejercitarme y distraerme me ayuda aliviar todo ese estrés que generó en el trabajo o en cualquier otro lugar. Hoy quise esforzarme un poco más así que eleve mi cantidad de pasos.
Today's walk was quite extensive and enjoyable, I like walking because it helps me to exercise and distract me, it helps me relieve all that stress that I generated at work or anywhere else. Today I wanted to push myself a little more so I increased my number of steps.
Además de la caminata pude disfrutar de un hermoso atardecer y esto hace rato no lo hacía me he dado cuenta que pasó tanto tiempo en el trabajo que ya no tengo tiempo para disfrutar de caminatas y atardeceres como lo hacía antes
In addition to the walk I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunset and I have not done this for a long time. I have realized that so much time has passed at work that I no longer have time to enjoy walks and sunsets as I did before.
