I just got back from walking/jogging/running and now I'll tell you how it went:

Today, Thursday January 30th, I managed to run 10.53 km from the start at home to the return home. What did my training consist of? It was as follows: the first 2 km were walking until I reached the athletics track, from there I did 4 km of jogging at a speed between 9.6 km and 10 km, this allowed me to beat my record of 3 km jogging, but the bad thing was that I slowed down to achieve it, then I did 1 km walking to recover a bit and to finish on the track, I ran 300 meters then 100 walking, 300 more meters running 100 walking and I finished with 200 running. This last action was what led me to have the best number in terms of time and distance covered. At the end I returned 2 km more to home and took a cold shower! hahahahaha
