My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2023

Hi Hive Family,
I and my friends planned to do some activities for body fitness from today. I suggested that we start with running, and they were excited about it. Subsequently, they conveyed to me that they were incapable of running . However, I motivated myself and went for a run yesterday.
Today, I asked them to join me, but they couldn't run and I advised to them stretch a bit and walk instead.
I followed their advice and used the Atifit app to track my fitness progress. I ran non-stop for 3.5 kilometers in 18 minutes and completed 6660 steps on the app, making me eligible for a reward of 5k steps.

I also reached 7k steps and earned another reward of 1.587 AFIT.
