Day of 2024-10-15

The bruises from my fall have finally healed, which means I can get back to my regular sport routine in the mornings. It feels great to be able to move without discomfort, and I’ve missed the energy boost that early exercise brings to my day. This morning, I started light to ease back into things, focusing on stretching and cardio to ensure everything was in working order. Maybe tomorrow I will return to cycling.

There were significant movements in the LTC market yesterday, with prices jumping back up to 367 Hive/LTC. It’s interesting to see the volatility at play, and this recent hike brings a lot of potential opportunities. I'm keeping an eye on things, especially as the possibility of hitting 382 Hive/LTC looms on the horizon. If the market continues in this direction, it could open up some lucrative moves for those who have been tracking it closely. I’m preparing to adjust my strategy if the trend persists, but for now, it’s all about monitoring the next steps.
