My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2023

Since I tried to get help for my mentality from sport activities again I’ve done much better in many ways ! Chemical things in our brain are really complicated but I feel my brain was suffered from the lack of Endorphins. lack of every chemicals or hormones in our brain that cause happiness, wouldn’t solve immediately. we need to force ourselves for a while any try to take our rhythm. it’s not easy but also it’s not that much hard ! we would imagine it as an impossible thing because of the depression or anything else. but having discipline and hope for a better life would be helpful. All of us truly deserve it 🫶🌹 I have done better today than the previous days. I could go with my skates almost 36 kilometers in a day. It took almost 3 hours maybe less. It was amazing 🤩

The weather in NL is not nice at all ! It’s cold and windy most of the time. But some days would be good in summer!Just some days !
