My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2020

Had a long walk today before having breakfast.

I also tried some push ups before having a shower

I have been learning and growing within myself since the lockdown started.
Things are not going well over here in Nigeria as the market and stocks keep crashing.

Things might not go as planned but we keep pushing

We don't give up where I come from
