Yesterday was a free day, and with the sun finally making an appearance, I knew I had to take advantage of it. No rush, no schedule—just me, the fresh air, and a long walk to soak it all in.

There’s something about walking under the sun that just feels right. It clears the mind, wakes up the body, and makes everything feel a little lighter. I took my time, enjoying every step, letting the warmth recharge me.

Some days are for pushing hard, others are for just being. Yesterday was one of those, and it felt great.
