Woke up to a thick fog outside—quiet, almost eerie, but kind of beautiful in its own way. No rain, just that heavy mist hanging in the air. It would’ve been easy to stay inside, but I stepped out anyway.

The cool air woke me up, and as I walked, everything felt a little calmer. Some days, movement isn’t about pushing limits—it’s just about showing up, breathing, and taking it in. Today was one of those days. A slow, steady step forward. And that’s enough.
