Good morning community, yesterday, like every morning since I've been on vacation, I did my yoga practice and later I went for a walk around the neighborhood with my daughter. In the afternoon I went downtown with my other daughter to finish buying groceries for Christmas and then I did more shopping with my husband so I was walking a lot
