[esp/eng] La Educación privada vs. la educacion pública en mi país

Feliz viernes decembrino amigos de nuestra querida comunidad MOTHERHOOD, acercándose poco a poco las fiestas decembrinas, deseo para todos mucha armonia y felicidad y que Dios nos permita disfrutar de cada días rodeados de amor.

En mi pais Venezuela desde hace unos años hemos vivido una serie de cambios a raíz de tantas situaciones desagradables que hemos vivido, la educación no se escapa de estos cambios y es que actualmente existe una gran diferencia entre estudiar en instituciones públicas o privadas y la manera como esto afecta directamente a nuestros hijos.

Happy December Friday friends of our beloved MOTHERHOOD community, the December holidays are gradually approaching, I wish everyone much harmony and happiness and that God allows us to enjoy each day surrounded by love.

In my country, Venezuela, for a few years we have experienced a series of changes as a result of so many unpleasant situations that we have experienced, education does not escape these changes and there is currently a great difference between studying in public or private institutions and the way how this directly affects our children.

No todos tenemos la posibilidad de pagar una educación privada para nuestros hijos, actualmente esto es muy costoso y debemos recurrir a instituciones públicas las cuales están cada vez más en decadencia y lamentablemente los niños son los más afectados, entre la pérdida de clases y el poco conocimiento que adquieren nuestros hijos van creciendo sin una responsabilidad ni amor a sus estudios.

Soy madre de 3 , con mis 2 hijos mayores tuve la posibilidad de pagarles colegio y que hicieran sus estudios en instituciones privadas, con mi hija menor no he tenido la misma posibilidad y ella debe estudiar en una institución pública y por esta razón habló desde mi experiencia personal, aclarando que mi intención no es para ofender ni dañar a nadie hablo en términos generales y para comparar sus diferencias y de qué manera afectan a nuestros hijos.

Not all of us have the possibility of paying for a private education for our children, currently this is very expensive and we must resort to public institutions which are increasingly in decline and unfortunately children are the most affected, between the loss of classes and the little knowledge that our children acquire grow without responsibility or love for their studies.

I am a mother of 3, with my 2 oldest children I had the possibility of paying for school and for them to study in private institutions, with my youngest daughter I have not had the same possibility and she must study in a public institution and for this reason she spoke from my personal experience, clarifying that my intention is not to offend or harm anyone, I speak in general terms and to compare their differences and how they affect our children.

Mayormente son instituciones las cuales tienen instalaciones aptas para los niños, los profesores gozan de un buen sueldo lo que los hace cuidar de su trabajo y no perder su vocación, sus directivos son estrictos y velan porque tanto niños como empleados se comporten a la altura (la gran mayoría), y gracias a esto aumenta tanto la enseñanza como el aprendizaje, es muy poca la pérdida de clases, y mayor el conocimiento adquirido por parte de los estudiantes.

• La instalaciones tienen espacios adecuados y en condiciones aptas para la enseñanza de sus alumnos

• Los profesores sienten su vocación para enseñar y no desmayar en el intento.

• Los niños son más aplicados y responsables en sus deberes escolares y junto a esto logran aprender muchísimo más.

They are mostly institutions that have facilities suitable for children, teachers enjoy a good salary which makes them take care of their work and not lose their vocation, their managers are strict and ensure that both children and employees behave up to the task ( the vast majority), and thanks to this both teaching and learning increase, the loss of classes is very little, and the knowledge acquired by the students is greater.

• The facilities have adequate spaces and in suitable conditions for the teaching of their students

• Teachers feel their vocation to teach and not faint in the attempt.

• Children are more applied and responsible in their homework and along with this they manage to learn much more.

Estas instituciones cada día van de mal en peor, la poca ayuda que reciben por parte del gobierno, la falta de recursos principalmente el agua, los sueldos extremadamente bajos de sus educadores, hace que haya muy poca motivación y poco a poco se va perdiendo la vocación de sus educadores y el interés por parte de los niños en querer estudiar.

• Las instalaciones no están aptas para recibir ni dar clases

• Por el bajo sueldo los profesores pierden su vocación e interés en trabajar.

• Los niños pierden el interés en estudiar, no adquieren suficientes conocimientos y pierden amor a sus estudios.

These institutions are going from bad to worse every day, the little help they receive from the government, the lack of resources, mainly water, the extremely low salaries of their educators, means that there is very little motivation and little by little the vocation of their educators and the interest on the part of the children in wanting to study.

• The facilities are not suitable for receiving or giving classes

• Because of the low salary, teachers lose their vocation and interest in working.

• Children lose interest in studying, do not acquire enough knowledge and lose love for their studies.

Aclaró que no son todos los casos, mi hija menor ha contado con profesores muy buenos que hacen el mayor esfuerzo en enseñar a todos sus alumnos, pero lamentablemente ha sido la situación de estas instituciones las cuales no han ayudado a que estos profesores cumplan a cabalidad con su trabajo,la perdida de clases, la falta de dinero para costear sus pasajes y poder llegar a sus escuelas, la mala alimentación son las principales causas para que la educación pública no funcione de una manera satisfactoria y haya cada día más deserción escolar.

Mi hija me expresa casi a diario la tristeza que siente cuando llega a su escuela y los devuelven por falta de agua, porque la maestra no pudo llegar a la escuela por motivos económicos, y como extraña estudiar diariamente Junto a sus compañeritos.

Lamentablemente no todos tenemos la posibilidad de escoger para nuestros hijos si estudiar entre una institución publica o privada, si tienes la posibilidad, y estás entre la desicion de inscribirlos en educación pública o privada te aconsejo que escojas la privada, esta es una gran inversión en educación para el futuro de tus hijos.

He clarified that these are not all cases, my youngest daughter has had very good teachers who make the best effort to teach all their students, but unfortunately it has been the situation of these institutions which have not helped these teachers fully comply With their work, the loss of classes, the lack of money to pay for their tickets and to be able to get to their schools, poor nutrition are the main influences so that public education does not work satisfactorily and there is an increasing number of school dropouts.

My daughter expresses to me almost daily the sadness she feels when she arrives at her school and they are returned due to lack of water, because the teacher could not come to school for financial reasons, and how she misses studying daily, just like her classmates.

Unfortunately, not all of us have the possibility to choose for our children whether to study between a public or private institution, if you have the possibility, and you are between the decision to enroll them in public or private education, I advise you to choose the private one, this is a great investment in education for the future of your children.
