Hola, Feliz y bendecido día nuevamente amigos, ayer me tome el día para descansar en familia... Hoy estoy realmente feliz, comencé laa clases hoy realizamos aeróbico y una clase de zumba, fue increíble hacer ejercicios realmente me cambia el animo, me faltan unos dias mas de reposo por la cirugía bucal pero la clase de zumba fue de bajo impacto, no se me.indlamo la encías está vez 😅 en la tarde nuevamente fuimos a clase de violin y no se que pasa estos dias que las tardes siempre llueve

Hello, Happy and blessed day again friends, yesterday I took the day to rest with family... Today I am really happy, I started the classes today we did aerobics and a Zumba class, it was incredible to do exercises it really changes my mood, I need a few more days of rest due to oral surgery but the The Zumba class was low-impact, I don't know. It's the gum this time 😅 in the afternoon we went to the violin class again and I don't know what happens these days because it always rains in the afternoons

A menos de una hora que llegamos al conservatorio de música el cielo estaba oscuro, hoy llovio un poco! Igualmente logramos nuestras actividades y caminar a casa después de las compras para la cena
