Thank you @markhodge Yes it's motivating and helps to get you outside for walking. I haven't tried my watch for the work out yet. I'm not sure what kind of work out it means though. Enjoy it and it's easy to download onto your cell phone and take your phone on the walks. !BBH !CTP
