This is a picture of a puddle on a junior sports field not far from my home.
You see a puddle.
I see memories of my youth. I played on similar fields littered with puddles and would come home caked in mud and drenched from head to foot.
Every time I walk across this field and the adjoining oval I remember those glorious joyous days.
