I'm in trouble

My back is in serious trouble. Yesterday I mentioned that I'd hurt my back.
It wasn't any better today.
I can't walk with any fluency.
Mothers day was a good day but it would have been better if I could move without hurting.
It's not great when your wife is lifting bags of potting mix into the car while you watch helplessly
