My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2022

Hello, Actifitters!

It was pretty chilly this morning, but that didn't stop me from getting out with my dog. As luck would have it, we happened to see the owners of the yorkies we met a few days ago.
First we walked around downtown and the park and then we decided to go to the edge of town where there is a stadium so our pets can run and play in the wild.
We also ran around with the dogs and had fun like kids.
We went home for lunch. After lunch, I went to bed to rest and watch a movie.
Later, I took care of my chores.
After cleaning up and preparing dinner, I did my workout.

Now I got some work done on the computer and later I will go out for a walk with Ira again.
