My Actifit Report Card: September 3 2022

Hello, Actifitters!

Despite the extreme heat today I was out with my dog. I couldn't find a place at home and had to get out in the fresh air, well, hot air, but anyway...
We walked all over town, no people outside, just me and my poor dog. 😳
We looked for the shade and walked there. It was very warm, but I improved my mood.
I took some pictures and I'll share them with you.

Now we rest and save our energy for the evening walk.
