My Actifit Report Card: August 28 2022

Hello, Actifitters!

This is report for my yesterday activity.

Today was an ordinary hot day. Again, the daily walks with my dog were short. Games and fun were had at home.

Whoever stuffed themselves with ice cream yesterday is eating an apple today.

My activity today is not very good, but I hope to catch up tonight.

Now a short nap and when the temps drop we'll head out for a longer walk.

That's it for today.
