Saludos usuarios de la comunidad de #Hive, el día de hoy he decidido compartir con todos ustedes mi inicio con la aplicación de Actifit, con la cuál me planteo dejar de lado mi vida sedentaria y comenzar a moverme más durante el día a día para así mejorar mi salud.

Estoy muy contento de haber completado el día de hoy 7K pasos y espero seguir manteniendo mi motivación los próximos días.

Greetings users of the #Hive community, today I have decided to share with all of you my start with the Actifit application, with which I plan to put aside my sedentary life and start moving more during the day to day to improve my health.
