Mi reporte de Actifict: mayo 30 2024

Temprano en la mañana comencé con mis actividades, preparé el desayuno para llevar a mi hija al preescolar, una vez que todo estuvo listo en casa, me dirigí a la institución. Luego seguí caminando y pasé cerca de la Catedral de Barquisimeto, iglesia icono del estado Lara, no pude acercarme porque estaba apurada y tenía que llegar a casa, admiré su belleza.

Estando en casa, me puse a lavar un rato, pero sentí que no logré avanzar, la mañana pasó rápido, fui a recoger a mi hija al colegio. En el camino pude deleitarme con unas hermosas plantas (llamadas Trinitarias) que embellecen la fachada de esa casa en la calle 25 de Barquisimeto, el día estaba muy agradable.

Caminé por la avenida Venezuela, ya era la hora del almuerzo, así que tuve que caminar rápido, mi hija tenía hambre. Cuando llegué a casa con lo que tenía en la nevera, hice una pizza casera, no tardó mucho en estar lista, les cuento que a mis hijas les gusta mucho, siempre que puedo se la hago.

Tenía que salir nuevamente a comprar un regalo, me lleve a una de mis hijas, y fui a comparar precios, pero me salio caro buscar, mientras preguntaba a la vendedora, la niña estaba detrás de mí con un producto que había tomado de los estantes, al dar la vuelta, no la vi se cayo al suelo lo que tenía en sus manos, derramándose lo que había dentro del envase.

Se que fue un accidente, recogí la crema la introduje en el recipiente, y fui a pagar, no estaba en mi presupuesto ese inconveniente, gracias a Dios con lo que me quedo de dinero pude comprar el regalo, ya que por eso fue que salí a caminar nuevamente. Me regresó a casa con unos caramelitos para endulzar el paladar y comerlos en casa junto a mi familia.

Les cuento que todo el trayecto que camine, estuvo presente un clima agradable, dio gusto hacerlo, procuren realizar ejercicio o cualquier actividad cuando el sol no este en su máxima expresión. Les sugiero Utilizar protector solar también y ropa comoda , llevar consigo su botella con agua para hidratarse, hasta un próximo encuentro diario.

Early in the morning I started with my activities, I prepared breakfast to take my daughter to preschool, once everything was ready at home, I went to the institution. Then I continued walking and passed near the Cathedral of Barquisimeto, icon church of Lara state, I could not approach because I was in a hurry and had to get home, I admired its beauty.

Being at home, I started to wash for a while, but I felt that I did not make progress, the morning passed quickly, I went to pick up my daughter from school. On the way I could delight myself with some beautiful plants (called Trinitarias) that beautify the facade of that house in the 25th street of Barquisimeto, the day was very nice.

I walked along Venezuela Avenue, it was already lunch time, so I had to walk fast, my daughter was hungry. When I got home with what I had in the fridge, I made a homemade pizza, it didn't take long to be ready, I tell you that my daughters like it very much, whenever I can I make it for them.

I had to go out again to buy a gift, I took one of my daughters, and I went to compare prices, but it was expensive to look, while I was asking the saleswoman, the girl was behind me with a product that she had taken from the shelves, when I turned around, I did not see her and what she had in her hands fell to the floor, spilling what was inside the container.

I know it was an accident, I picked up the cream, put it in the container, and went to pay, it was not in my budget that inconvenience, thank God with what money I had left I could buy the gift, since that was why I went for a walk again. I returned home with some candies to sweeten the palate and eat them at home with my family.

I tell you that all the way I walked, was present a nice weather, it was nice to do it, try to exercise or any activity when the sun is not at its maximum expression. I suggest you to use sunscreen and comfortable clothes, take with you your water bottle to hydrate yourself, until the next daily meeting.
