Mi informe de Actifit: enero 8 2025 #SWC
Un saludo amigos de #Hive y SWC. Quiero compartir con ustedes mi reporte sobre mi tarde del día de ayer. Junto con mi pareja nos dirigimos al nuevo Parque Guayana que inauguraron hace poco en mi ciudad, y que por cierto nos queda muy cerca de donde vivimos. Decidimos que ese sería nuestro lugar de entreno, ya que cuánta con un área acondicionada para entrenar, y el ambiente es bastante agradable. Antes de eso, hicimos una pequeña parada en una zona del parque, dónde ayude a mi pareja a grabar su siguiente video para tiktok. Al terminar nos fuimos a entrenar. Hice una rutina de básicos, solo que está vez los trabaje en circuito. Es decir tenía que hacer 2 Dominadas, 2 Fondos, 5 flexiones y 5 Australianas, de forma seguida, sin descanso. Lo que me costo bastante ya que estoy acostumbrada a descansar entre ejercicios.Fue todo un reto para mí, en la última ronda mi pareja me tuvo que asistir en las dominadas y en las flexiones porque mis brazos no daba para más. Al terminar hice una pequeña rutina de abdominales, que constó de tres ejercicios, abdominales cortos, elevación de piernas y plancha abdominal. Sufrí mucho pero recordé lo bien que se siente cumplir con las rutinas al pie de la letra. Cuando por fin termine con el entrenamiento, mi mamá me alcanzó en el parque, ya que había quedado de acompañarla a hacer mercado. Una vez llegamos nos dirigimos al área de panadería, ya que es costumbre comernos unas barquillas mientras hacemos las compras. Y al terminar regresamos a casa donde ya mi pareja me estaba esperando.
Greetings friends of #Hive and SWC. I want to share with you my report about my afternoon yesterday. Together with my partner we headed to the new Guayana Park that was recently inaugurated in my city, and which by the way is very close to where we live. We decided that this would be our training place, since it has an area equipped to train, and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. Before that, we made a short stop in an area of the park, where I helped my partner record his next video for TikTok. When we finished we went to train. I did a basic routine, only this time I worked them in a circuit. That is, I had to do 2 pull-ups, 2 dips, 5 push-ups and 5 Australians, in a row, without rest. Which cost me a lot since I'm used to resting between exercises. It was quite a challenge for me, in the last round my partner had to assist me with the pull-ups and push-ups because my arms couldn't handle it anymore. When I finished, I did a small abdominal routine, which consisted of three exercises, short crunches, leg raises, and abdominal plank. I suffered a lot but I remembered how good it feels to follow the routines to the letter. When I finally finished the training, my mother caught up with me in the park, since I had agreed to accompany her to the market. Once we arrived we headed to the bakery area, since it is customary to eat some wafers while we shop. And when we finished we returned home where my partner was already waiting for me.
