My Christmas gift: Artisan Coffee ☕☕☕

Happy New Year coffee friends, blessed beginning of the year, may it be of many blessings and enjoyment of the best beverage that exists: Coffee. At this moment I am in Caripe since I am used to spend the Christmas and New Year's Eve here with the rich climate and enjoying the good coffee of this land. Taking advantage of these dates I went to visit my dad and I left extremely happy because they gave me a gift of the coffee that they themselves grow and process and that I had not tasted for a long time. I could not have had a better gift from my father and father's family than two kilos of their artisan coffee.
So I just wanted the next morning to come to prepare it and enjoy this marvel. Here in Caripe we make coffee in the most traditional way, I brewed the water and prepared the cloth strainer with the necessary spoonfuls of coffee and enjoying the rich smell of coffee powder, we waited for the water to boil and brewed, enjoying from that moment the ecstasy of freshly brewed coffee.
I poured my cup, added a teaspoon of sugar and there was nothing left to do but savor this delicious artisan coffee, whose flavor is very strong, but delicious and with a great smell. To fill myself more with the coffee environment I went to my coffee plants that I have and that are in the process of growing. This coffee is too good, its roasting has the perfect point both in flavor and color and the experience of those who process it is of utmost importance to obtain an excellent product and this one has a 10 out of 10, very rich so I will continue enjoying it for many days to come. Feliz año amigos cafeteros, bendecido inicio de año, que sea de muchas bendiciones y disfrute de la mejor bebida que existe El Café. En estos momentos me encuentro en Caripe ya que acostumbro pasar las fechas decembrinas y fin de año por acá con el rico clima y disfrutando del buen café de esta tierra. Aprovechando estas fechas me fui a visitar a mi papá y salí sumamente feliz ya que de regalo me obsequiaron del café que ellos mismos cultivan y procesan y que tenía tiempo sin probar. No pude tener mejor detalle de parte de mi padre y familia paterna que dos kilos de su café artesanal.
Así que solo quería que llegara la mañana siguiente para prepararlo y disfrutar de esta maravilla. Acá en Caripe hacemos el café de la manera más tradicional, monté el agua y prepare el colador de tela con las cucharadas de café necesarias y disfrutando del rico olor del café en polvo, esperamos el hervor del agua y colamos, disfrutando desde ese momento el éxtasis del café recién colado.
Serví mi taza agregué una cucharadita de azúcar y no quedo más que saborear este delicioso café artesanal, cuyo sabor es bien fuerte, pero delicioso y con gran olor. Para llenarme más del ambiente cafetero me fui a mis matas de café que tengo y que están en proceso de crecimiento. Este café esta demasiado bueno su tostada tiene el punto perfecto tanto en sabor y color y es que la experiencia que los que lo procesan es de suma importancia para obtener un excelente producto y este tiene un 10 de 10, muy rico así que seguiré disfrutando de él por muchos días. How tasty to enjoy a delicious artisan coffee and more if it is prepared by the hands of your father and family, what a pleasant moment I can imagine the smell of coffee all over the house when you strain it.
