Drugi raz w tym roku, na grillu na Jurze Krakowsko-Częstochowskiej - My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2025

For the second time this year, at a barbecue in the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland

The trip to the forest in the Jura, planned for today, went brilliantly. The weather was good, we found a place where they sell our favorite sausage for grilling - Głogów sausage, and by the way the shopkeeper sold us 10 real, country eggs. We are satisfied, relaxed and happy.

Planowany na dzisiaj wyjazd do lasu na Jurę udał się genialnie. Pogoda dopisała, znaleźliśmy miejsce gdzie sprzedają naszą ulubioną kiełbasę na grilla - kiełbasę głogowską, a przy okazji Pani sklepowa sprzedała nam 10 prawdziwych, wiejskich jaj. Jesteśmy zadowoleni, zrelaksowani i szczęśliwi.

Many kilometers in the legs today, over 20 kilometers, unfortunately not all steps were registered, because my pedometer is installed on a tablet, which was left in the car. But that is not important, the important thing is that the trip, and the first day of the year was welcomed properly.

Kilometrów dzisiaj w nogach sporo, bo ponad 20 kilometrów, niestety nie zarejestrowały się wszystkie kroki, bo mój krokomierz zainstalowany jest na tablecie, który został w samochodzie. No ale to nieistotne, ważne że wyjazd, i pierwszy dzień roku został przywitany prawidłowo.

Unfortunately, the birds in the park didn't get a portion of tasty nuts today, I simply ran out of time. But something nice and unusual happened today at the pond.

Niestety ptaszki w parku nie dostały dzisiaj porcji smacznych orzeszków, po prostu zabrakło mi czasu. Ale wydarzyło się dzisiaj coś miłego i niezwykłego nad stawem.

And finally, a visit to the pond and feeding the ducks, which surprised me a bit. The ducks came out of the pond and waddled over to the bench, completely unafraid. A moment later, a white dove joined the company. I thought to myself - good company, maybe I brought back some good energy from the forest?

A na koniec wizyta nad stawem i dokarmianie kaczek, co mnie trochę zaskoczyło. Kaczki bowiem wyszły ze stawu i przydreptały do ławki, kompletnie bez strachu. Chwilę później dołączył do towarzystwa biały gołąb. Pomyślałem sobie - niezłe towarzystwo, może przywiozłem z lasu dobrą energię?
