It's grey and cold, but the jackdaws don't mind

Another grey and even colder day than yesterday. The forecasts given in the media are completely wrong - I would say that these presenters are talking complete nonsense.

Kolejny szary i jeszcze bardziej zimny dzień niż wczoraj. Prognozy podawane w mediach kompletnie się nie sprawdzają - rzekłbym, że ci prezenterzy pogody plotą kompletne bzdury.

Today my companions appeared in an increased number, in addition to jackdaws and crows, there were also tits and nuthatches. They are not afraid of cold days, after all they have thick, warm feathers that effectively protect against the cold.

Dzisiaj moi kompani pojawili się w zwiększonym składzie, oprócz kawek i wron przybyły sikorki i kowaliki. Im nie straszne chłodne dni, mają przecież gęste ciepłe pióra, które skutecznie chronią przed chłodem.

Luckily there was no wind, so I could afford to sit on a bench and feed the birds. Besides, these species, and the jay, also appear even in severe winter.

Na szczęście nie było wiatru, dlatego mogłem sobie pozwolić na cupnięcie na ławce i dokarmianie ptaków. Zresztą te gatunki, a dodatkowo też sójka pojawiają się nawet gdy jest sroga zima.

The park still has some nice views. Many trees have leaves, although most of the colors have shifted to red and brown. But it's still beautiful, even though it's cold.

W parku nie brakuje jeszcze ładnych widoków. Wiele drzew trzyma liście, choć większość kolorów przesunęła się w stronę czerwieni i brązu. Ale i tak jest pięknie, mimo iż zimno.

Birds fed, kilometers logged. Tomorrow is another autumn day - I hope for some sun.

Ptaki nakarmione, kilometry zaliczone. Jutro kolejny jesienny dzień - mam nadzieję na trochę słońca.
