Upalna sobota i trochę niekomfortowo robi się w mieście
The water sportsmen had perfect weather for international competitions. Full sun, little wind - what more could you want at the end of June?
Wodniakom trafiła się idealna pogoda na międzynarodowe zawody. Pełnie słońce, niewielki wiatr - czego chcieć więcej pod koniec czerwca?
It's hard to spend time in such heat in the city. Fortunately, I have a park and a pond nearby, so I can somehow digest this temperature.
Ciężko spędza się czas w takie upały w mieście. Na szczęści mam w pobliżu park i staw, więc da się jakoś tę temperaturę strawić.
However, fast walking was inadvisable today. After walking a few kilometers it was completely wet, and stopping in the forest caused a fountain of sweat to burst from my head. I am not prepared for such feats.
Jednak szybki marsz był dzisiaj niewskazany. Po przejściu paru kilometrów było całkowicie mokry, a do tego zatrzymanie się w lesie powodowało, że z głowy tryskała mi fontanna potu. Nie jestem przygotowany na takie wyczyny.
There were no crowds in the park because it is not a good time for walks in the sun. Everyone dreams of a cold beer near some body of water. And that's what happened today
W parku tłumów nie było, bo to nie jest dobry okres na spacery w słońcu. Każdemu raczej marzy się chłodne piwko niedaleko jakiegoś zbiornika wodnego. I tak się też dzisiaj stało.
And to cool you down, a few shots from this year's winter and a joke borrowed from the Internet:
"It's good that it's not snowing, because shoveling snow in this heat would be crazy"
