My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2024

I spend the last week running back and forth from the kitchen to get ice to my husband’s bed where we are applying said ice (in an ice machine) to his brand new knee.
A week ago, he had knee replacement surgery and we went home the same day.
That means PT every hour followed by an elevated leg with ice.
Fun times.
Right now, he is in a phase of healing with lots of swelling and pain. But hopefully, soon, it will be all worth it.
