My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2023

Ordered those because there are little biting flies around here that just love me.
They are called No see um- because they are so small that you can’t see them. Or feel it when they bite. But the next day, the bites are swollen, oozing, itching and very painful.
I had more than 30 and kept applying ice bags and ointments to handle the pain.
This hasn’t been my month 😏

At least my foot wasn’t broken and is way better than it was. Not fully good yet but much better.
