Did some more prep work in the garden. Mostly to make it comfortable for Miss BB to walk there.
And lots of organizing. Should have things looking pretty good soon.
Photo is of Amaranth I harvested and will winnow the seeds out as soon as the house is set up.

I haven't heard of such name of the plants but they look familiar.
They have many names. One of them is African Spinach. people eat the plant young for tasty greens. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amaranth
They grow in one form or another pretty much everywhere in the world :)
Cool. I might look around because a lot of plants are often overlooked here.

Right? Next year, I am here full-time and will give it some TLC. But I got tons of grain and there are still some young plants growing for greens.
