My Actifit Report Card: November 25 2021

This is what it takes for me to go out walking in 38 degrees Fahrenheit weather.
Hand knit Alpaca beanie, microfiber ear warmers, sun hat since the sun was shining bright, just not warm.
Cashmere sweater, heavy cotton woven shirt, down vest, scarf, face mask - actually very nice when the air is cold.

If you must know, I also was wearing merino wool underwear, hand knit socks, sweat pants and a long sleeve T-shirt.

And that is not even freezing. When you live in a warm climate, the cold weather strategy is to layer all the clothes that have warming properties you have.
