My Actifit Report Card: March 27 2025: My aunts burial ceremony

Hi ladies and gentlemen's. Am your favorite babe @marajah. In my yesterday's report, I mentioned that you should stay tuned for more updates today. So today's update started early in the morning immediately I woke up. I got myself well prepared to feature in the preparations of my Aunt's burial.

This my aunt you're seeing both her coffin and her picture was a hustler who gave birth to 7 children but 3 is alive today. So, she died about 2 months ago and the children and we ourselves got ourselves prepared to help out.

As today was the burial day, I went to their house early morning and started cutting all the Ukazi leaves. I cut one basin of Ukazi leaves. After cutting, it was time for us to go mortuary to bring her back home for burial. I and my elder brothers and cousins boarded tricycle to the mortuary. There, we also met about 3 other sets of people from different backgrounds that came to carry their corpse as well for burial. Ahh, death is killing people oo.

There were also other coffins laid beside the mortuary wall and those ones are there because the inside was filled up. So, while removing the ones inside, they will take the ones outside in. At a point they called us in to check if the corpse is truly ours and we confirmed it. They then close the coffin, took her inside the ambulance and we drove home.

Reaching house, they kept her in a well arranged room for her people to view her. Later, they brought the coffin out for burial sermon in which Apostolic Christian Church Mission did.

The sermon and dancing took like 2 hours and she was laid to
rest.

Throughout the burial time, I was busy walking up and down engaging in different activities. At the end, we served our guests and they all became well fed and satisfied though there are people who can't get satisfied according to their nature. But above all, am happy because the weather was calm and the burial was also successful as well.
