My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2025

Walking is also part of exercise and I kept on sleeping from morning till 12pm when I rose up and conducted few chores in the house. Then by 4pm, I dressed up and left home to visit a friend who just opened a new business and have been inviting me to come around to see how she's doing. Her business destination is a bit far that I should enter tricycle but I decided to walk down the streets because I haven't carried out any exercise for the day. Luckily for me, I was able to Achieve more than 5k actifit count.

The road was lonely because of permanent sit-at-home in my city every Mondays. So it's only private businesses that opened while government workers stayed back home resting or attending to other of their personal needs. Happily, I met my friend in her newly started business and immediately she saw me, we hugged ourselves and started gisting ourselves with how she was opportune to get such good site location for her business and I also gave her tips to apply for the growth of her business. At the end, I trekked back home feeling exhausted. As a result, I ate late last night by 6:30am. Well, what are friends for?

It's always good to show people love both in words and in action. Happy that I spent hours together with my friend. Good bye friends.
