My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2025

Good day friends and fellow actifiters, it's been my model for the past one week to always do walking exercise for not lesser than 2 hours daily since it's helping me stay healthy and my doctor also recommended it as well.

Today, while walking along a popular road in my city(Aba Nigeria), i saw a well sown gown and what attracted me to the gown is the belt that the seamstress prepared specially for the gown. Take a look at the gown to judge if the belt and its maker doesn't deserve cool accolades.

I must design mine too

I was able to reach about 7k counts and am so much glad to be a member of this platform because it's helping me to shape both my weight and my figure as well.
