My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2025 and my cleanplanet activity

For a while now, I do move around with my motorcycle thereby affecting my exercising routine like walking and running. So for some time now, I started noticing a strange-like sensation in my system as a result of my inability to have enough exercise due my system. Therefore, today, I made it my priority to walk for good 4 hours without even accepting help or lift from people.

It even gave me the opportunity to clean the planet today and as am writing this post, my legs are persuading me to rest them on bed because it's as if I stressed them a lot today. But this is just the Genesis of the whole thing because I must continue the whole routine for a while couple with running. Meanwhile, do you know that it's not just my whole being that benefitted from the walk, even my actifit count benefitted as well because it exceeded 8k. Let's see how tomorrow will be.
