My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2024

Good day friends, if you have a home garden, you'll know how happy i felt today as i walk around my garden to know if there is need to apply manure on them.

The first one i checked on is pumpkin:

The look is attractive and its not lacking chlorophyll. I may use it to cook my next soup.

Next is vinegar:

Its health benefits are extremely high. Though its bitter, yet, its multipurpose nature have helped both me and my neighbors especially whenever one feels symptoms of malaria.

I also checked on my lemongrass. Its bouncing

Done with my home garden, i spent the rest of my day today in hospital because my younger sister is sick and i stayed around her to run some errands.

My happiness is that I was able to reach and exceed my minimum count for the day.
