My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2024
On my last post, I stressed out how I spent almost my whole day cutting cassava stems and harvesting cassava tubers.
Today, I woke up by 5:30am and started peeling off it's coated skin. My neighbor's daughter also helped me with the peeling. The cassava is too much and we spent hours peeling it.
immediately after peeling, we called a cassava engine pusher to come so as to grind it and he did the work perfectly.
After grinding, I put all the paste in a bag and transferred them to another engine to press out water from it.
I finished the work around 6:30 pm. That was when I bathed, eat and retired to bed.
