Hive and Hive Engine Power Up Day - November 2022

Halloween is already behind us, I guess that means it's time for November Hive Power Up Day! It's the 24th in a row for me, two full years of participating without failing! I consider that a significant milestone and a great achievement. Also routine by now, it's another Power Up Month badge. Only one PUM missed this year, and of course I'm planning to go after the November PUM badge as well. The @hivebuzz delegation that follows a successful PUM is a sweet bonus! As usual, today's also an opportunity for a quick account review, and goals update. So let's quickly dive into the details.

HIVE

Once again, this is very similar to the last few months. I was able to power up a little bit more than last month though with 16.666HP added to my stake. Even with that small increase, I could keep a few liquid HIVE, to already prepare for the last power up of the year in December. I also slightly increased the amount I pushed to my HBD savings with 3.333HBD. Like last month, this is still kind of symbolic, but I just don't want it to be 0. All in all, same kind of numbers as last month, the idea is of course the same: steady increase, little by little, it will pay off in the long run.

The account growth followed the same trend, very steady with a slight increase. Starting the month at 2839HP, I was able to add about 87HP to reach 2926HP. I'm actually surprised I was able to again meet my increased 2.5HP daily target. I think that's now 3 months in a row at least, good surprise!

Finally, considering today's Power Up, that's a total of 2942HP. Back to a 3-digit monthly increase that I missed last month by a few HP. It's going fairly well, the growth stays steady and slightly exceeding my targets that I will revisit soon.

SPORTS

After reaching the 10M milestone last month, I once again decided to stake everything I earn with this token. And this was a pretty good month! With almost 600k added to my stake, this is my best month in a while, at least a year. Maybe I should bring some focus back on this one. Now, with over 10.6M stake, this also brings decent curation.

DUNK

The new NBA season is finally here! As expected, it brought back a little life into the dunksocial community, and a few contests allowing me to finally earn a few more tokens, after months of being dormant. I hope this continues through the entire season. I didn't start undelegating though, because I get good returns in $LOLZ. But I won't delegate any more and will start building my stake again.

ALIVE

Once again the We Are Alive Tribe stays very active, with new members and plenty of engagement. I guess one of the main project #AliveAndThriving is a perfect way to describe it. It's been a little bit more difficult to earn as much as before, but with about 570AP added to my stake this month, this is still going well. I'm slowly accumulating ALIVEM miner as well, through the rewards. Just fractions for now, but it will increase.

Targets

• Like I was saying, almost surprisingly, it is now three months in a row to meet the 2.5HP daily increase target. I guess this becomes my new official target, and it should not be a surprise anymore.
• With good numbers with SPORTS this month, my interest is kinda renewed. So, let's see if I can break the 600k mark in November. Definitely challenging, but I believe it is doable. Maybe that will help me get some motivation back for my running training.
• I am not sure the small signs of activity with DUNK will be sustained, but I still hope to add a few thousands to my stake this month.
• Even if it is a bit more difficult now, no change in target for ALIVE, 150 to 175AP added to my stake every week is what I am going for. I missed it in October, but will definitely try again in November
• Still not dealing with big numbers, but I keep increasing slowly the drip tokens in my account, especially DHEDGE. I am waiting a few more months before setting a target for myself, maybe when the new year starts. Doing the same for the trio HUSTLER/COM/LIST, and their cross-dripping.
• I was able to reach the 512 $$LOLZ milestone much sooner than I hoped, which means I started getting daily dividends. I will keep increasing my stake, including with the DUNK delegation I mentioned. Depending on the growth, it might get listed above in the future.
• Like I hinted to last month, I started providing some tokens to several liquidity pools. Small amounts for now, but with the high APR, it could increase quickly. Again, let's give it a couple of months before I can think of targets.

Well, that is it for this month, exact same conclusion: slow and steady! This is exactly what I'm going for, so it's all good! Hopefully, everything is also going well for you, have a great November ahead!
