My Actifit Report Card: April 30, 2023
Hey Actifitters,
It usually doesn't happen on week ends, but yesterday I had to go and get Kaia's food. As often, it was an opportunity to stop at one of the lakes for a few pictures. With the gloomy and rainy sky, except for that one tiny blue spot, it looked really cool.
Rest of the day was uneventful until much later when we went for our long walk with Kaia. The sunset colors looked promising.
And it was indeed really impressive, like a fire in the sky.
Going further North along the golf course, I could even catch some reflections in the rain puddles.
Talking about puddles, we found lots of them in the forest. Plenty of rain the last couple of days, that's just too much for the trails to absorb.
Trying to find drier ground during the day is already challenging, but at night it's near impossible. Let's just say I tested the waterproofing of my shoes, and it's gone, they're too old...
Of course Kaia had to test all the puddles, just in case one was deeper than the others.
All the way till the last part of the trails.
And that was it for a quiet week end.

Thanks! They had an issue with the grinder, so my order was a few days late, and I ran out of Kaia's usual food. So for a few days, I gave her kibbles, she barely ate anything and only when she was really starving! But as soon as I came back home with the food, she ate that 2pound chub faster than ever! I guess Kaia's become picky with the food, just like Genepi was.
