My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2022
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday, we didn't get the storms from the forecast, but the weather was very grey, with the sun only trying a few timid apparitions here and there.
And guess what we did? Of course a long walk to the forest with the dogs!
They quickly went into exploration mode and visited every corners of the woods.
Completed a few tasks in the house to finish the day, as I felt it was too late for a bike ride or run. Low steps count in the end, because of less activity and app issues. We'll do better next time.
