My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2022

Hey Actifitters,

Like a usual weekday, nothing too exciting until later in the day, that's when usually the dogs and I go for our long walk, and start to really feel #AliveAndThriving. But first we spent some time training in the yard.

And we were off for our walk. It was a bit cloudy, but still nice.

After a few loops in the neighborhood, I could see the pinkish colors in the background.

So of course, we made another detour for a better view.

It was already getting dark when we arrived to the forest but that didn't stop us from walking a few trails.

Apparently the dogs think I take too long when snapping pictures.

And we headed back home in the night.

After the Cup final the previous day, I was planning to take it easy but I was actually surprised to reach over 30k steps again.

Fantastic sunset and really nice to see the snow all around, those dogs keep you busy stepping huh, enjoy your day and stay !ALIVE

Thanks! Yes, I'm glad we finally have some snow, and we're supposed to get a bit more this week, fingers crossed🤞
The dogs are indeed a big help to stay active, they like exploring the forest, it's a win-win for us
