Hey Actifitters,

Another week day with very similar activities. We first spent time in the yard and the small forest behind it.

During training with the dogs, it was a big challenge for them to ignore the new ball, particularly for Kaia.

Then we started on our long walk of the day, with the first stop in the woods.

And finally we took a long way back home to enjoy the night and because I needed more steps for #macfit league.

I concluded the day's activities with a 10k run. As always, thanks for stopping by and see you tomorrow.
